Previously unknown perpetrators made huge loot between Thursday and Monday morning. An employee of a bicycle shop noticed that burglars had tampered with the warehouse on “Rodewasser” street in Zella-Mehlis. They broke into the building and ended up stealing 43 bicycles. The mountain and e-bikes have a total value of around 160,000 euros. How many perpetrators there were and how they transported the two-wheelers is currently being determined. Witnesses who can provide relevant information are asked to contact the Suhl inspection service on 03681 369-0, quoting the file number 0316563/2023.
