A 27-year-old North African was critically injured in the area of ​​the Regulator Wall in Erfurt on March 4, 2024. A 28-year-old North African stabbed him with a knife and fled after the crime. The intensive investigations by the Thuringia murder squad and the target search have now led to success. Through extensive, cross-border searches for the 28-year-old accused, the man was discovered by the authorities there while attempting to enter Great Britain illegally. He is now in custody pending extradition and will soon be transferred to Germany and brought before the responsible judge.
