A really good family celebration awaits the guests of the Thuringian Zoo Park Erfurt this
Saturday, August 24th, when the zoo will be open until 9:00 p.m.

In addition to a varied stage program and numerous stands on
the festival meadow, there are guided tours, animal training and feeding throughout
the zoo grounds.
On stage there is, among other things, magic, slapstick and a juggler program.
You can also gyrate your hips: Visitors can look forward to a fiery
Brazilian samba show, an impressive breakdance performance by Nasty
Stylistix followed by a workshop, and Zumba by Anya. This varied warm-up has another purpose: it serves as a warm-up for the evening concert by the cover band Mr JAM, which invites you to sing along and dance with its rousing sounds and shows.
In addition, there are a variety of hands-on activities and
stands for young and old on our festival lawn. Included are FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt, the CATL Basketball
Lions, the Erfurt Indigos, the mobile library, a meeting point with Batman and
Ariel and much more. There will be a lot for the kids to discover - in addition to
bouncy castles, there are also many creative activities such as a button workshop and an
extensive craft area.
Of course, our animal friends shouldn't be missing from the Zoopark Festival.
In addition to special tours, there are animal training sessions and commented feeding sessions.
The zoo school is also open during the day. Of course, your physical well-being is also
taken care of.
You pay the regular zoo park entrance fee for the Zoo Park Festival. Games and shows are
included in daily admission at no extra charge, and annual passes can be used.
To avoid annoying waiting times at the checkout, we recommend
purchasing tickets online in advance. And another note: You are welcome to
bring picnic blankets and, based on the weather forecast,
sunscreen shouldn't be missing either.
