The creative garden festival in egapark is a two-day family highlight on July 27th and 28th, 2024
Relax in the hammock and listen to Spanish rhythms at the band Amaranta's concert, enjoy a refreshing drink or let yourself be carried away by the exciting flamenco sounds of the dance workshop and dance barefoot across the meadow: two days of the Creative Garden Festival invite you to a very special, relaxed attitude to life in the egapark. On both days, visitors can dance, listen to music and create macramé or upcycling elements for home decoration. Sofia Talvik provides handmade music in the style of American folk with Swedish roots. The duo of the two on Saturday will also provide musical entertainment. Creative garden time on July 27th is from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The day starts with a macrame workshop and music in the morning. For the little visitors there will also be popcorn, cotton candy and face painting on Saturday. From 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the flamenco workshop with Igor Moriya will get everyone who wants to dance out of their seats. The evening ticket (from 5 p.m.) for Saturday costs 10 euros for adults. After-work tickets are not valid on Saturday. Sunday starts at 10 a.m. with yoga. Jewelry and upcycling workshops awaken creativity. On Sunday it will be loud at the drumming workshop or melodic at the concert with Erfurt's Paul Raufeisen from the My Music Company from Erfurt. For the beatmaking workshop on Sunday, participants collect nature sounds in the park and then make cool music out of them. From 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. the children have fun at the Galli Theater's participation performance. Hammocks and shady places under trees ensure pure relaxation, even in warm temperatures. The Creative Garden Festival is a two-day highlight for the family to enjoy and participate on the Philippswiese in the egapark. Tickets are available in advance in the ticket shop and on the day of the event at the ticket offices and in the egapark shop. Tip: The family week in the egapark from July 22nd to 28th, 2024 Families receive a 20% discount on the family day ticket and the family day ticket Mini in our family weeks! With the family day ticket, two adults and up to five children (7 – 16 years) can visit the egapark. During the family weeks it only costs 31.20 euros instead of 39.00 euros.
